Kasey Mullins, M.S., CCC-SLP, is a pediatric speech-language pathologist and the founder of Talking Trees Therapy, a concierge private practice serving children and families in Naples, Florida. Her work is grounded in a child-led, neurodiversity-affirming philosophy, where trust, safety, and authentic connection take precedence over expectations of compliance.

Kasey believes that communication grows best when children feel understood, respected, and empowered. Rather than focusing on behavior or performance, she prioritizes building meaningful relationships and tailoring her approach to each child’s interests, strengths, and natural communication style. Therapy is individualized, play-based, and rooted in evidence-based practices that honor neurodivergent ways of learning and communicating.

Through close collaboration with families and other professionals, Kasey supports children with speech sound disorders, language differences, motor speech disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and complex developmental needs. Her goal is to help children develop functional, confident communication skills — while feeling safe, valued, and successful exactly as they are.
